Summary: After graduating from Tulane in 1997, I came creeping back to England, where I have been switching graduate programs at the University of Manchester since September. I've finally settled down to do a PhD in Russian theoretical syntax and will be here 'til at least 2000, soaking in the glorious Mancunian rain, downing Boddington's by the barrel, singing Gilbert & Sullivan, and generally revelling in my youth and freedom.
